WebRobocopy seemed to be a popular choice, and although I'm comfortable with shell commands I looked for a GUI just to help make it a bit more idiot-proof. Eventually I found ChoEazyCopy, which as far as I can tell is the best open source Robocopy front end out there. It's not pretty, but has been working well for me this weekend.
